Picture Colorizer is a Windows and Mac application that used for black and white photo colorization. You can use it to colourize and optimize the old pictures automatically...
Picture Colorizer also allows users to adjust various parameters of the photo and apply some filters.
Click ‘Add Images’, select the image you want to colorize in the pop-up windows.
